Annual caps reset January 1 and are prorated for agents joining during the year. A $250 quarterly minimum applies only when an agent has no closing during the quarter and has not reached their cap. Optional CRM/IDX access is available for $50/month.
All plans include E&O insurance and access to local Principal Broker support. Full terms are provided in the Independent Contractor Agreement and Compensation Addendum.
