Before founding Ariven Realty, Stefan served in brokerage leadership roles, gaining experience in agent development, transaction oversight, and real estate operations.
He founded Ariven Realty with a clear vision: to create an independent brokerage where agents have the freedom to build their businesses while receiving the guidance and support they need.
